PRODUCT INFORMATION
Because our products are made from natural oils and ingredients, it is important to store them properly. All products can be safely stored at room temperature. Exposure to temperatures too high (melting) or too low (freezing) can cause a breakdown in composition therefore leading to spoilage. No other measures should be required.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please fill out the contact form detailing your level of satisfaction. Just Oil will make contact within 24-48 hours to find a suitable resolution.
• Returns can only be made within 30 days of date of purchase.
• Items no less than 3/4 full are eligible for return.
• Return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase (minus return shipping and handling)
